if your monthly billing cycle ends and the payment fails, your account will not be blocked immediately during the grace period you will receive an email notification informing you about the failed payment your dashboard will clearly show that you are in a grace period no new monthly credits are added if available, your universal credits will be used first you are allowed to temporarily go into a negative credit balance once the payment is successfully completed your account returns to normal status your monthly credits are added any negative credits are deducted (including those used during the grace period)
