Account Management Overview

this guide explains the key elements of the maskit account interface, which is divided into four main sections my profile, subscription & billing, invoices, team, api access , history note not all sections are available for all roles my profile this section contains your personal user information, such as your name, email address, and password settings select the lock icon to change your password select the pen icon to edit your profile subscription & billing this tab provides a complete overview of your subscription, credits, and payment details total anonymized files displays the total count of files you have anonymized throughout the history of your account available credits shows the number of credits remaining in your account for the current billing period menu section go to masking a button that takes you back to the main anonymization interface subscription plan displays your current subscription plan (e g , hobby) billing cycle shows the active period for your current subscription (e g , 1 may 2026 1 jun 2026) monthly credit usage a progress bar that visualizes the consumption of your monthly credit allocation total credits displays the total number of credits currently available this is the sum of your remaining monthly plan credits and any purchased universal credits change plan click this button to browse and switch to a different subscription plan buy credits allows you to purchase additional "universal" credits that do not expire and can be used at any time universal credits balance shows the current number of your purchased universal credits billing details displays your company's billing contact name and address click the edit icon to make changes payment method shows the current payment method on file click the edit icon to update your card details account manage your primary contact information this section also includes options to edit your details or permanently delete your account account delete button for account deletion invoices history and download of your past invoices team this tab allows you to manage user access for your organization invite people send email invitations to add new members to your team search quickly find specific team members by their name or email address members list view all current team members, their email addresses, and their assigned roles (e g , administrator, member) you can also manage individual users from this list api access in this tab, you can generate and manage api keys these keys are used to integrate maskit's anonymization service directly with your own applications, services, and workflows api access section for generating and managing your api keys history history of your past anonymization processed
