visAs an administrator, you have full control over who can access your company's MaskIT account and what they can do.

### Inviting & Removing Users

The administrator of a Company Account can:

- **Invite new users** to the organization via email. 
  - Select **Invite people** on the right side of the Team section.

- **Edit user **to delete, change or view the settings.
  - Select the green eye icon for the selected user (right side of the Team section).

- **Remove users** who no longer need access.
  - In the section Team Member Details edit user and click on the trash icon (top right side)

### User Roles and Permissions 

Our system supports different roles to ensure users only have access to the information they need.

**Change the role:**
In the section Team Member Details edit user and select the role.

- **Administrator:** Has full access to all features, including managing users, viewing billing information, and using the anonymization tools.
- **Member:** Has standard access to use the MaskIT anonymization tools but cannot view billing information and has limited read-only acces to team settings.
- **Billing Viewer:** A special read-only role that can view and download invoices and billing history but has no access to the anonymization tools and team settings.
