If your monthly billing cycle ends and the payment fails, your account will **not be blocked immediately.**

### During the grace period:

- You will receive an **email notification** informing you about the failed payment
- Your dashboard will clearly show that you are in a **grace period**
- No new monthly credits are added
- If available, your universal credits will be used first
- You are allowed to temporarily go into a negative credit balance

### Once the payment is successfully completed:

- Your account returns to **normal status**
- Your monthly credits are added
- Any negative credits are deducted (including those used during the grace period)
